We prefer to provide your results verbally, over the phone. We can call you as soon as they are ready. We call from a private or restricted number for your discretion. If you prefer not to provide your phone number, you can call us. After you receive your results verbally, we can then mail, email or fax them if you would like a copy.

If you do not wish to speak with someone regarding your results, you may choose to have them mailed, emailed or faxed to you instead.

The reason we prefer to provide results verbally is because in the event of a positive result, we feel it should NOT be something a patient reads through email or an online system. Instead, we would rather explain the results and provide you with the next steps.
