Do I need an appointment for drug testing?

No. There is no appointment necessary. However, you do have to be pre registered prior to arriving at the facility for collection. If you arrive at the facility without a registration number, they will turn you away. Simply call or order online ahead of time to receive your registration number.

What do I need to take with me to the facility for collection.

All you will need is the registration number we provide and a valid photo. Please be aware that no drug screen of any kind can be performed on any adult without a valid photo ID. In the case of a minor without a valid photo ID, a parent or guardian may show their photo ID and sign for the minor to be collected.

Do you offer refunds on drug testing?

No. There are no refunds on any of our drug testing for any reason. However, you can use your registration number any time in the future or you can even use the balance as a credit towards a different test with our company. We will always honor your balance, but there are absolutely no refunds with regards to our drug testing.

How long do drug test results take?

The results of our drug tests take anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 weeks. It depends on the type of test ordered, whether it be urine, hair follicle or blood. It also depends on whether you are negative or positive. One of our representatives can give you a more definitive answer about the length of time your results should take once we know which type of test you need.

What type of drug test do I need?

We get asked this question often. The answer is, we don’t exactly know. It depend on each individual’s specific situation. Many times, drug tests are needed for employment, school, court or even for personal reasons. Before you set up a drug test, make sure to verify exactly which test you need.
